Use of Google Meet (a free online communication platform) is required to participate in a virtual class. What you need to use Hangouts:
Download Google Meet app. if using a mobile device or tablet.
A computer or phone with a camera and microphone. Learn how to use your camera and microphone when you start a video call for the first time.
An internet or data connection.
Registration for each class is required by 4:30pm the day of the class or the afternoon before a morning class. Payment must be received before registering and is non-refundable.
Virtual classes are included in a DrishTi Membership and Five Class Pass, otherwise the $15 drop-in rate applies.
Register for a session by emailing YogaDrishTiWell@gmail.com.
To pre-pay, purchase a Drop-In Pass at https://www.yogadrishti.com/shop.
You will receive an email containing the link associated with the class you are registered for.
If it is your first time in a session, please be in the room 10 minutes before class so your access can be granted..
You must be visible while in the virtual session; do not turn your camera off.
Take a moment to practice what the instructor would see from you before the class; move around in some poses. The better the instructor can see you, the more feedback can be provided.
Mute yourself so that each yogi can hear the instructor clearly without any distraction of background noise.
Once class is over, simply hang up.
Please see Google Meet Support for additional information on how to use Meet or to troubleshoot.
