Choose from 3 different options, all with the base of a yoga recorded video library. Most of the classes are recorded live studio classes. Going forward they will just be pre-recorded. Additional options include a 15 minute private consult (google meet/facetime), access to text communication and community forum conversation. Plans are billed monthly with an option for a free trial.
