Yin Yoga with Sarah
Service Description
Yin yoga consists of passive long-held (1-8 min) floor postures, which focus mainly on the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It is a great balance to yang yoga and other cardio or heat-based practices. Yin specifically targets the connective tissue where we hold the bulk of our emotional and physical and spiritual trauma. As we age, our connective tissue tends to dry out and become brittle. Yin greases and oils the tissue and joints. It helps physical conditions like arthritis and offers a deeper connection to true self, enhancing mental and spiritual health. Yin is a form of meditation on the mat. It is an all levels practice that enhances mindfulness, not only in class, but in everyday life. Practices go deep and can take up to 72 hours to fully integrate in the physical and spiritual bodies. Class time: Monday 5:30 - 6:45 pm [Starting 3/6] Also offered virtually

Cancellation Policy
For Appointments: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required in advance and will be applied to the total cost; the remainder is due in full at the first appointment if paying in person. Please note, the $50 deposit applies to appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. A new, non-refundable $50 deposit is required to rebook the session.
