Join us as we explore poses beyond the foundations. Students should have a regular practice and be comfortable with the principles of alignment and most of the poses we do in all levels classes. Registration is required for this class. The pricing follows the community class schedule. The class is offered virtually and live. Contact us if you need the google meet code. Outdoor Yoga at Highland Park: Next date TBA
Join us throughout the summer for pop-up yoga dates usually on Friday's at 5:30pm in Highland Park. We meet in what is called the valley. It's the sunken space across from the reservoir on Reservoir Avenue. You can see us from the top of the street. Class is weather dependent. If attending drop us an email. Cost: $15 Drop-In or use your pass.
Restorative Yoga Special Session: TBA
This class will include a few restorative postures that Nicole will guide you into. These postures are passive; once you are in the pose, you let gravity do the work. You will also be guided through breathing and visuals.
Registration is required and space is limited to 8. Props are provided.
